I have listened intently to this podcast. There is much that has resonated with me with regard to the problems with benzos. The interference with the metabolic pathways is striking. I know that these disease states are set up by two different things either poisonings or deficiencies. Many times the poisonings create deficiencies. I would suggest for Mr. Yost that he tried megadosing vitamin B one. He may very well need all the forms. Thiamine hydrochloride, benfotiamine, and TTFD. Be well.
